Appointed in 2004, Jan has a background in the education sector, where she was employed as a School Principal, and has been involved in teacher training and graduate recruitment. Jan has been a former President of the Albury District Principals Association, and holds tertiary qualifications in Education and Administration. Apart from her role as a Director with Kirinari, Jan is the past President of Soroptimist International Albury/Wodonga, and is a Director of the Continuing Education Centre Albury/Wodonga.

has worked in health and disability
for over 20 years. She has a
financial qualification and was
previously the Manager of Corporate
Services at Kirinari from
1998 to 2006.
Julie is married to Doug and
lives in Wodonga. Both Julie
and Doug are well known for
their involvement in basketball
over the many years at
Wodonga and Albury Basketball
Appointed in 2009, Richard was the founder and principal of Daro Twin City Pty Ltd with branches in Albury, Wodonga and Wangaratta. Richard was the successful operator of this business for over 34 years with staff of fourteen. During this time Richard saw significant growth and diversification throughout the small business arena. Richard played football in his younger days with Wodonga Football Club and later with Wodonga Demons. He is a foundation member and life member of Wodonga Raiders.
Appointed in 2014, Damien is an entrepreneurial minded innovative thinker with consistent success in starting, building, growing and improving the profitability, financial viability, performance, and value of companies, departments and business units in the private, public health and education sector. Damien is an experienced planner, leader and specialist at identifying and capturing business opportunities. Damien currently holds the position of Director Community Services & Health at Wodonga Institute of TAFE and is responsible for delivering adult education to over 3000 students per annum in the fields of Nursing, Aged Care, Allied Health, Children Services, Massage, Fitness, Outdoor Recreation, Disability, Youth, Juvenile Justice, Community Services, Paramedic Service and Workforce Health and Safety. Damien has extensive experience in the Health and Tertiary sector as a director and has held positions of Chief Information Officer, Corporate Services Manager, Director Health Education and Project Manager and Consultant in these fields for the past 22 years.
Appointed in 2016, Jack strongly believes “If you don’t disrupt your Industry, someone else will”, this is a reality that Jack understand's and has shaped his career pathway over the last ten years. Jack founded the Possum Works Innovation hub based in Albury NSW Australia the day Malcolm Turnbull announced the $1.1B innovation vision. Possum Works is a business hub established to assist Start-up enterprises across the region.
Prior to Possum Works, Jack was at Blockchain Technologies, where he helped enterprises to innovate, & also worked with Corporates to bring the Start-up Mindset to their organisations creating a pro-active way to manage the threat and opportunities of disruption.
Jack has worked extensively in the technology and finance industry and was responsible for $40M in new business in Australia. In 2006 he signed Telstra as a customer, the largest telematics deployment project in Australia at that time. Jack have delivered innovative Software as Service (SAAS) solutions to the top 100 Enterprise and Government customers in Asia Pacific.
Jack co-ordinated local partnerships with Skyhook Wireless in deploying the Wifi Positioning System network throughout the Asia region, developed a mobile phone based location platform, developed mobility applications relating to geographic information system data acquisition as well as the development of mobile IP Global Positioning System applications based with the Department Sustainability and Environment Victoria.
